Decent service, minor issues

I used the email warmup service for a new domain and it did help get my emails into the inbox more consistently. The setup was pretty straightforward, and the dashboard was easy enough to navigate. However, I felt the real-time reporting could be a bit more granular. It took about two weeks to really see a noticeable difference, which is a bit longer than I hoped. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about my sending volume, but it wasn't instant. Overall, a solid tool for the price, but there's room for improvement in reporting speed and detail.

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a cost-effective solution to improve my email deliverability and decided to try InboxAlly, especially since they offered a decent discount for annual billing. I went with the email warmup service. The 10-day trial was helpful to see how it worked before committing. The savings from switching to the annual plan were significant, around 15%, which made it a much better deal than paying monthly. It's doing what it promised, helping my cold outreach emails get through. For someone on a budget, their annual discount really makes this a worthwhile investment.

Got my emails delivered

So I tried InboxAlly's email warmup thingy 'cause my emails kept landing in spam, super annoying. It actually worked! My stuff is getting to people's main inbox now, which is a huge relief. Set it up pretty quick and just let it do its thing. Definitely made my life easier, no complaints there.

Is there usually a Black Friday deal for InboxAlly? Trying to decide if I should wait to sign up.

P Phil 3 weeks ago
They usually do have something for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I got a pretty sweet deal last year, so might be worth holding out if you can.

Yeah, they often have sales around those times. Also, keep an eye out for affiliate promo codes, sometimes those pop up too.

I'm using a less common ESP, will InboxAlly integrate with pretty much any email service or are there some that just don't play nice?

T Tara 1 month ago
They say it works with 'any email service provider' so I'd imagine yours would be fine. I've used it with a couple different ones and had no issues.

Most SMTP-based ones should work. If it's super niche you might want to double check their docs or ask support, but generally it's pretty flexible.

Thinking of switching from Lemwarm to InboxAlly. Anyone done that? How do they compare features-wise, especially for cold outreach?

A Andre K. 1 month ago
I've used both. InboxAlly feels a bit more robust for cold outreach and the reporting is better. Lemwarm is good but sometimes feels a bit basic in comparison. Worth the switch for me.

InboxAlly has better seed list testing and more detailed spam filter checks. For cold email, that's a pretty big deal. Lemwarm is okay, but I think InboxAlly gives you more control.

I'm an agency owner, do they have any specific plans or features for agencies, or is it just the regular stuff?

F Faith S. 1 month ago
They have an 'agency white label solution' so yeah, definitely something for agencies. Might be worth checking their pricing page for details on that one.

P Paula Q. 1 month ago
Yeah, look for their agency plans. They offer white-labeling and probably some bulk discounts for managing multiple clients.

Hey, wondering how long it usually takes to actually see some improvement with deliverability after starting with InboxAlly? Is it like immediate or a few weeks?

M Mark 4 weeks ago
From my experience, you start seeing some movement within a few days, but real, noticeable improvements usually take a couple of weeks, maybe 3-4 to fully kick in.

J James H. 3 weeks ago
yeah it's not instant. like, a week or so to see the dashboard change. full inbox placement takes longer though.

I saw something about a trial. Is it actually free or is it one of those 'low fee' trials?

A Alex Patel 1 month ago
They usually have a 10-day trial for a low fee, not totally free like some others, but it's minimal and gives you enough time to test it.

P Priya D. 1 month ago
It's not completely free, no, but it's super cheap for the trial period. Definitely gives you a good feel for the platform before committing.

how many emails does inboxally send a day to warm up domains? is it a fixed amount or does it scale?

W Wendy 1 month ago
It scales up gradually, it's not a fixed amount. That's how it warms up your domain naturally without flagging spam filters.

G Gwen 1 month ago
They start slow and increase volume over time. It's an automated process designed to mimic real sending patterns so you don't get red-flagged.

Anyone know if InboxAlly offers any kind of discount if you pay annually instead of monthly?

J Jared 1 month ago
Yep, they totally do. I switched to annual billing a while ago and got a decent chunk off, like 15-20% I think. Worth it if you're planning to stick around.

S Sam S. 1 month ago
Yeah, annual is definitely cheaper. Most SaaS platforms do that. Good savings if you're in for the long haul.
